Cleanify.pk Terms and Conditions

  1. Booking & Scheduling

    • All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance via our website, phone, or email.

    • Appointments are subject to availability, and confirmation will be provided once your booking is secured.

    • Any changes or cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled service. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

  2. Service Scope

    • Our services include cleaning based on the package selected (e.g., basic cleaning, deep cleaning, etc.). Any additional tasks not listed in the package may incur extra charges.

    • Cleanify.pk reserves the right to refuse service if the scope exceeds what was agreed upon or if hazardous conditions exist on the premises.

  3. Access to Property

    • The client must provide access to the property at the scheduled time. Delays in access may affect the service quality and time frame.

    • Our team will only clean areas specified in the booking. Any locked or restricted areas will not be serviced unless otherwise agreed.

  4. Payments

    • Payments must be made upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    • We accept payments through cash, bank transfer, or online payment methods.

    • Failure to pay on time may result in additional fees or refusal of future services.

  5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

    • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled service will incur a 25% cancellation fee.

    • Rescheduling is allowed without penalty if requested at least 12 hours in advance.

  6. Liability

    • Cleanify.pk is fully insured and takes utmost care when cleaning your premises. However, we are not liable for any pre-existing damages or wear and tear.

    • Any accidental damage caused by our team must be reported within 24 hours for investigation and resolution.

    • We are not responsible for the safety of valuable or fragile items unless proper notice is provided before the service.

  7. Client Obligations

    • The client is responsible for securing any valuable items before the cleaning service.

    • The client must inform Cleanify.pk of any specific cleaning instructions, delicate surfaces, or items that need special care.

    • Utilities such as water and electricity must be available on-site for the cleaning to proceed.

  8. Satisfaction Guarantee

    • If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will address your concerns.

    • Cleanify.pk reserves the right to inspect and correct any issues within a reasonable time frame.

  9. Health & Safety

    • Our cleaning staff is trained to follow health and safety guidelines. However, we are not liable for any accidents caused by hazardous materials or conditions present at the client's premises.

    • The use of any chemicals or cleaning products not provided by Cleanify.pk must be pre-approved by our team.

  10. Termination of services

    • Cleanify.pk reserves the right to terminate services if unsafe working conditions, inappropriate behavior, or any breach of these terms occurs.

  11. Privacy

    • All personal information collected from the client will be kept confidential and used only for service-related purposes.

  12. Force Majeure

    • Cleanify.pk will not be liable for any delays or failures in service due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or power outages.
