1. Using this website
By placing an order you agree to these terms, our Shipping and Delivery Policy, our Returns and Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy. Please give accurate name, phone and address details, because we use them to confirm and deliver your order.
2. Products and prices
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (Rs). The price shown next to a product is the price of that product. For single products, delivery is shown separately at checkout before you pay. Bundles and value packs have free delivery.
We may change prices and products at any time. The price at the time you place your order applies to that order. If a price is shown wrongly, we will contact you before dispatch and you may either confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.
3. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it by phone or WhatsApp, or when we dispatch it. We may contact you to verify your order before dispatch.
We may cancel an order that we cannot verify, cannot deliver or cannot supply, and we will tell you if we do.
4. Payment
We currently accept cash on delivery only. You pay the total shown at checkout to the courier in Pakistani Rupees when your order arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready.
5. Delivery
Online orders are delivered in Lahore only. Orders for other cities can be arranged as bulk orders through WhatsApp. Full details are in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
6. Returns and refunds
Please read our Returns and Refund Policy. In short, check your order when it arrives and contact us within 24 hours if something is damaged, wrong or missing.
7. Safe use of products
Follow the directions printed on each product label. Keep all cleaning products out of the reach of children. Do not mix different cleaning products, especially bleach with other cleaners. Store products in their original containers.
8. Our responsibility
We take care to supply products as described. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the law of Pakistan that cannot be limited.
9. Our content
The logo, images, texts and design on this website belong to Cleanify. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
10. Your information
We use your phone number and WhatsApp to send updates about your order. We send offers and reminders only if you ticked the box asking for them. See our Privacy Policy for details.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If you have a problem, please contact us first so we can solve it. Any dispute that cannot be solved is subject to the courts of Lahore.
