Where we deliver
Online orders are delivered in Lahore only. We are working to add more cities and will announce them on this website.
Bulk orders are delivered across Pakistan. Message us on WhatsApp at +92 321 4243634 with the products, quantities and your city, and we will send a quote.
Delivery time
Most orders in Lahore are delivered within 1 to 3 working days after we confirm them.
Order confirmation
We may call or message you on WhatsApp to confirm your order and address before dispatch. Please keep your phone reachable. If we cannot reach you, we may hold or cancel the order.
Delivery charges
Single products: delivery is charged once per order, at actual cost, based on the total weight of your order. The amount is shown at checkout before you pay.
Bundles and value packs: delivery is free.
If your order has bundles or value packs together with single products, delivery is free for the bundles and packs, and the single products only pay for any extra weight. The exact amount is shown at checkout.
Payment on delivery
We currently accept cash on delivery only. Please pay the courier the total shown on your order and keep the exact amount ready.
Tracking
When your order is dispatched we will send you the tracking number by WhatsApp or phone.
Failed deliveries
Our courier will try to deliver to the address you gave. If nobody can be reached, or the parcel is refused without a valid reason, the order may be returned and cancelled. We may decline future cash on delivery orders from customers whose orders are repeatedly returned undelivered.
Damaged, wrong or missing items
Please check your parcel when it arrives. If something is damaged, wrong or missing, contact us within 24 hours of delivery on WhatsApp +92 321 4243634 or sales@cleanify.pk. See our Returns and Refund Policy for what happens next.
Bulk orders
Delivery for bulk orders is arranged separately. Delivery charges and timelines are quoted for each order.
